Facilities at Denman Community Hall
We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.
We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.
NB. Please note that the facility capacities shown are approximate and depend on the event.
Front Hall
- Front hall: $225 a night.
Audio and lighting technicians
- Per show (5 hours): $200 per technician.
- Hourly rate after 5 hours: $35 / hour per technician.

Each year the Denman Island Summer Gallery puts on about six summer-season shows featuring new and long-term artists. The shows are free . Volunteer members of the Gallery bring a touch of professional curation to a lively artist community. Our aim is to advance the careers of artists by putting on carefully mounted shows in the Arts Centre, the former home of long-time resident Dora Drinkwater. You can’t miss the Art Centre: the beautiful old house right on the corner as you come up the hill from the Denman West Ferry. Each show has an opening reception on a Thursday night. The gallery is open from 11:00 to 4:00 Monday to Saturday with shorter hours on Sunday from 1:00 until 4:00 PM.

Info on the space - Operated by Denman Seniors and Museum Society, this community facility provides a venue for community events and a fitness centre throughout the year. The lounge is available for smaller meetings and private functions.
